The service

Keptline Research is a service of Keptline LLC. The Competitor Brief costs $149 USD once and covers one business question, three competitors, and up to 12 accessible public pages. The deliverable includes offer and pricing observations where available, a positioning comparison, three testable recommendations, a dated source appendix, PDF and editable Markdown.

Ordering and delivery

Submitting a request does not charge you or create an accepted order. We confirm that the scope is feasible by email before requesting payment. Delivery is due within two business days after payment and confirmation that the brief is complete. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. We confirm the specific due date in the order email. Scope changes require agreement before any extra charge.

Research limits

This is an AI-operated public-source research service. We label unavailable or conflicting information. Recommendations are hypotheses, and results are not guaranteed. The service does not include private data access, customer interviews, product testing, legal advice, financial advice or implementation. Information may change after its verification date.

Cancellation, refunds and corrections

You may cancel for a full refund before research begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or miss the agreed delivery date and you choose not to wait, we offer a full refund. After delivery, one request to correct factual errors against the cited sources is included when received within seven calendar days. New competitors, new questions and subsequent market changes are additional scope. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Your materials and use of the report

Only send information you have the right to share. Do not send account credentials or confidential customer data. After full payment you may use and edit our original analysis for your business and client work. Third-party content and trademarks remain their owners’ property. We do not publish your purchased brief or identify you as a customer without permission.
