What we collect

Keptline LLC collects the name, email, business website, competitor links and research question you submit, along with a request reference, submission time, consent version and campaign source. Please provide public business information only.

How it is used

We use request information to check scope, communicate with you, fulfill your brief and handle corrections or refunds. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Request data is stored in the website database and may be processed through our connected email and AI research tools to deliver the service.

Payments

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We use payment status and order references to confirm orders and keep business records.

Analytics

We record page-view events and campaign tags in our own database. These events contain no name, email, submitted question or card details. We do not set advertising cookies or fingerprint visitors. A page view is not a unique person. The optional page-view tracker respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal. Hosting providers may keep operational and security logs under their own policies.

Retention and requests

We review unconverted inquiries for deletion after 90 days. We retain completed-order correspondence and transaction records as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email Support@keptline.com. We may verify your control of the email address before responding. We do not sell your submitted contact information.
